Have just bought some new shoes for a rally called ‘The Mongol Rally’! I am leaving this Saturday the 18th.
We are leaving Goodwood race circuit, then 10,000 miles later we’ll be in Mongolia. Check out our
web site for more info: www.welikeyou.co.uk
Any way the shoes, they are made from a renewable source. Bamboo. They are so light, was very surprised
when i picked them up and look good on.

Its beeeeen aaages..
I have been working on a couple of projects over the past two weeks, one being my university project and the other my Forils clothing label.
The project went really well in the end. With the eventual evolution of RFID credit cards ‘swipe and pay’, no pin required. I designed an electronic charity box using RFID readers and WiFi senders. There will be more info on my online portfolio (which is my next project :))
I feel my site is really coming along now, I have gone though so many different designs but this is what i have been looking for. Maybe it is because my html skills are getting a little better, i don’t know?? Check it out Forils.com!

Sorry it is a bit late now, but I am sure you will be able to download it somewhere soon.. Really interesting insight to designers and how the way we design has evolved through issues like global-warming. Very inspirational

EMUE Technologies.

“A fully ISO 7810 compliant card with embedded micro-processor, 12-button keypad, 8-digit alphanumeric display and battery. The card may be deployed as an independent identity protection card or a multi-function credit/debit/ATM card, subject to various conditions of use. The Emue card is also available with RFID or swipe card proximity access, to enable the convergence of logical and physical access devices into a single card for use in gaining both physical entry and logical access to a corporation’s VPN.” www.emue.com
Only time will tell how successful these cards are and how durable they are. With a battery life of three years, once durability is proven it beats the life expectancy of existing credit cards.
A card that makes online and telephone calls safer and in a very easy way can only be a good thing.

If your looking for reasonable priced skis, then this guy looks like your best bet. Custom skis, with your own graphics for just $333 dollars. For $222 you can get the same ski but with out the graphics.
What is also really cool about this product is he makes them all out of a trailer (his factory). Which is built from 90% recycled or found material! The skis only take about 3 hours labour and 12oz of fuel and direct solar!
Check out the videos on his web site 333skis and see the views he get to wake up to!
